Will it be any different?
With some much interest in AI and diabetes management it might be helpful to use the past as a guide to the future. The reality is AI is just the latest technology to be applied to diabetes management. Before AI came along there was something called disease management. After disease management came digital diabetes which became the rage during COVID. Today AI is the rage. Basically the goal has always been the same it’s just the technology used to achieve that goal has changed.
The problem has always been the people the technology has been directed at not . . .
