Why it happened, what to do next.
Before I begin a few points that need to be understood. First while I cannot prove conclusively prove that Bank of America worked in concert with short sellers there is a preponderance of evidence that makes it look that way. Second short sellers tend to be the most informed investors who perform the greatest amount of due diligence. Having worked with short sellers in the past I speak from experience. Third what happened to Beta Bionics is nothing new.
