Wackiness at a whole new level
It’s an understatement to say that even after 30 years covering this wacky world of ours there are things that just dumbfound me. Here’s the latest as Medtronic announced the FDA approval of the Simplera Sync CGM for use with the 780G. What makes this wacky is the company’s partnership with Abbott. A partnership which hasn’t gone so well.
Let’s review for a moment – In effort to stop further share erosion Medtronic picks Abbott to build a sensor that works with 780G and future platforms. Yet at the same time the company makes it . . .
