Unnecessary roughness
With the football season beginning tomorrow with a meaningless preseason game it’s only appropriate that we transition from soccer metaphors to football metaphors. Insulet is the current Superbowl champ when it comes to insulin pumps and their results today show that. So why is the stock getting hammered? Yep they lowered their full year guidance by … wait for it … 1%. Now to be fair US guidance was lowered by 3% but International guidance was raised by 4%, so when net everything out total guidance was lowered by 1%.
As we anticipated the company’s financial performance continues to improve . . .
