The Race is on!
There is no question that when it comes to the insulin pump market it’s a race to see who can catch Insulet. Every major player is getting set to introduce their Omnipod wannabe. While none of these wannabes are a true disposable patch pump with no tubing or automatic cannula insertion they each offer their own version of discreet pumping. The real question isn’t who has a better mouse trap as all these wannabes get the job done. No the real question is which management team executes.
For this reason we have never held out much hope for . . .
