With CES and JPM now in the rearview mirror what if anything have we learned. At CES we learned that people don’t learn or have very short memories. JPM as expected was about GLP-1, the end of the digital health dream and the fact that Geoff Martha is clueless when it comes to diabetes. Yet the best thing to be learned came from Embecta at JPM, not because Embecta is doing anything all that special, they aren’t. More because they are the textbook example of why so many companies fail.
