Social Media The Double-Edged Sword
It’s a huge understatement to say that our wacky world has changed dramatically since the advent of social media. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. are filled with posts related to diabetes, how we manage diabetes and all the toys we play with. On balance social media has been a net positive as it provides a platform for PWD to interact. Unlike a focus group it provides an unvarnished set of opinions.
There is no question positive social media can impact sales. The Mobi from Tandem is the perfect example of this as thanks too many positive reviews the system has . . .
