So much for transparency.
It’s truly unfortunate that the situation at Breakthrough Type 1 and the T1D Fund has disintegrated to the point where Breakthrough Type 1 has made the decision not to be transparent. They have chosen instead to hide behind their legal consul Veneable LLP. Breakthrough Type 1 is represented by George E. Constantine, Esq. and Mark E. Schamel.
Let’s put some context to how we got to where we are today. My goal from the start was to present an accurate picture of just what was going on. As such it was important that I get all the facts . . .
