Poker or Solitaire?
According to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine the iLet system from Beta Bionics.
“In this 13-week, randomized trial involving adults and children with type 1 diabetes, use of a bionic pancreas was associated with a greater reduction than standard care in the glycated hemoglobin level.”
What has most people excited about the system isn’t the results rather how easy the system is to use. While we would not consider either the Control IQ or OmniPod 5 difficult to use there is some heavy lifting to get the system set up and running. Once . . .
