Paranoia has set in
Given that we now live in a world filed with conspiracy theories it really comes as no shock that the folks at Medtronic have joined this trend. Since they announced their “partnership” with Abbott the Medtronic legal team has been worried about Dexcom suing Medtronic. Something Dexcom could easily do and would have tons of fun doing it. With the Abbott Dexcom legal battle continuing with no definitive outcome likely it makes perfect sense to sue Medtronic as well. Remember Medtronic is buying sensors from Abbott and then reselling them under the Medtronic/MiniMed name.
