No problem finding study participants
According to a study published in Phytotherapy Research those who consume cannabis are half as likely to develop type 2 diabetes as those who don’t. The authors concluded –
“A protective effect of cannabis consumption on the odds of diabetes mellitus type 2 development has been suggested. Yet given the considerable interstudy heterogeneity, the upward trend of cannabis consumption and cannabis legalization is recommended to conduct studies with higher levels of evidence.”
Under “normal” circumstances it’s difficult to find participants for studies. Well, this is one time that shouldn’t be a problem. In fact, I believe the authors . . .
