Is it even a fair fight?
When it comes to weight loss or perhaps, we should say sustained weight loss behavior change just doesn’t cut it. More often than not after losing all the weight the person goes back to their old behavior and regains the weight. Of course, there are exceptions to this but based on numerous studies this is more the norm. This is one reason we’ve never been a huge fan of any program that try's to change someone’s behavior. Unlike children most adults aren’t very good at behavior change.
This is just one more reason why drugs . . .
