Before the ADA began, I suggested a new award named after the late Al Mann. The Mann would be given to the stupidest study presented at ADA as we knew there would be a bunch. Therefore, I will start the nomination process with not one but two studies. The first published in The International Journal of Psychiatry in Medicine entitled Religion, Spirituality and Improved Glycemic Control Among People With Type 2 Diabetes: A Systematic Review.
The study concluded –
