Diabetes loses a legend
Diabetic Investor has learned that Robert Singley VP of sales and marketing at Becton Dickinson (NYSE:BDX) will be retiring effective the end of 2010. This is a true lose for the diabetes community as Diabetic Investor knows of few individuals more committed to helping patients with diabetes than Mr. Singley. A true gentleman with a long and very distinguished career, Diabetic Investor hopes he is not gone from the diabetes world for too long. While we wouldn’t blame him one bit if wanted to kick back, relax and enjoy his retirement, Diabetic Investor would like nothing better than to see him back in some capacity doing what he has done so well, helping patients with diabetes.
Diabetic Investor would like to thank Mr. Singley for all he has done and wishes him well in the future. A true diabetes legend and gentlemen, whose contributions to diabetes will not be forgotten. Thank you for your years of service and hope to see you back after a short and very well deserved rest. The diabetes community is thankful for your efforts.
