A World Gone Mad
Yesterday MiniMed announced they are entering the pharmacy channel joining Tandem and Beta Bionics in what is Insulet’s domain. The company is under the impression that now in the channel they can expand access to the 780G and its lineup of sensors.
And not to get off topic users of the Instinct the Abbott made sensor that works with the 780G are already complaining about you guessed it sensor failures. Being true to form these same Instinct users are also complaining about MiniMed lousy customer service waiting hours on hold to get help.
