A road map
As we sit and watch the Medtronic diabetes franchise slowly sink into the abyss, we thought we’d offer Mr. Salmon some free advice on how to turn things around before they have another Animas on their hands. Of course, the easiest solution is to sell the unit to Blackstone and walk away. But what happens then? How does Blackstone or any other buyer fix the many issues facing the company?
